Paradise
A visceral effort:
In the history of Art there are numerous cases of artists (or not) who through their artistic praxis profess an open reification of the human body. Leonardo Da Vinci and Michelangelo Buonarroti, among others, are examples of the almost morbid effort to dissect corpses as objects of anatomical study. All of this in order to have an impact on the corporeal and the physical, but few artists have unabashedly and without false scruples approached the abyss of the viscerality of the human condition… It is at this crossroads (between skin and flesh) where these works propose an appointment with the most eschatological aspect of our existence.
